I want to leave a review about the work of UNTK company. I own a chain of coffee shops in Zakarpattia. Winter is the peak season: many tourists, foreigners, and lots of people come to celebrate New Year and Christmas. Gingerbread coffee is one of the best-selling items.
Lately, we've been having problems with electricity. Previously, everything was stable, but now you never know: there's light at night, none during the day, and just a few hours in the evening. At this rate, we could simply close the coffee shops and fold the business.
At one of our locations, we installed a generator. It powered a mini-fridge, lights, coffee machine, and a water pump. The problem was solved. But as soon as we solved one problem, a new one emerged – a lack of fuel at gas stations. Some didn't allow buying petrol or diesel in cans; you could only fill up the car tank. It was inconvenient to drain the tank all the time. After some thought, we bought generators for 4 more of our locations. It was cheaper to buy a plane than generators in Ukraine.
One task was done, the only thing left to do was to find a petrol supplier. A friend advise me to find an oil trader who could deliver petroleum products to us. Somehow they appear at petrol stations, so maybe they will bring us some. We found several companies and called them . We were refused. The business was too small.
UNTК called us at the last moment. We discussed everything. They agreed to deliver a small batch of petrol to us – 15,000 liters. We were surprised ourselves, but they really brought us everything. And the price was reasonable; they even gave us a discount since it was our first order. The petrol was good, and the first thing we did was fill up the car.The generators worked perfectly. We are not afraid of any blackout now. And the most important thing is that our competitors are still dependent on electricity.
I am grateful to UNTK for allowing us to increase our sales. Now we always buy fuel from them. We even bought a special container for this purpose.
